About the Bheki Mlangeni Memorial Scholarship
The Bheki Mlangeni Memorial Scholarship is a programme that was formed under the supervision of Cheadle Thompson and Haysom Inc. As the name suggests, the scholarship was founded to dedicate the work of Bhekisizwe Godfrey Mlangeni, an integral part of the firm during his time in 1991. The bursary is provided as a reminder of Bheki’s immense courage and his utmost commitment towards local communities, whether as a lawyer or a leader.

About the Bheki Mlangeni Memorial Scholarship 2021
The Bheki Mlangeni Memorial is providing a well-rounded scholarship programme for students who are passionate about the field of progressive legal education. The Bheki Mlangeni Memorial Scholarship is hosted by the Wits University and is mainly dedicated to well-deserving candidates who are currently in their final year of LLB studies. Awardees of the scholarship will be entitled to total funding of R30 000.

Eligibility Criteria
