- Work proactively to meet or exceed sales targets for both parts and labor by identifying opportunities and following up with customers
- Accurately diagnose technical issues reported by customers, using a methodical approach to identify root causes
- Take immediate action to resolve issues or provide clear instructions and support to the service team for follow-up.
- Oversee machine installations and handovers, including training operators on proper usage and routine maintenance procedures
- Handle the commissioning of new components to ensure optimal performance and adherence to technical standards
- Perform on-site condition assessments of Bell machines to evaluate performance, wear, and potential maintenance needs.
