About the Belgotex YES Programme 2026
Belgotex is seeking for applicants who would like practical work exposure focusing on the manufacturing department with a well-structured YES programme. The Belgotex YES Programme provides participants with valuable opportunities to deliver administrative and coordination support across the department. As part of the programme, the graduate will assist the warehouse team with various day-to-day operations, including ensuring that products are accurately registered, properly packed, and prepared for transportation or storage. Through these responsibilities, the graduate will gain practical workplace experience while supporting the department’s overall efficiency.

You will be required to perform the duties below:

• Support the monitoring and measurement of logistics, planning, warehouse operations, stock control, and risk performance to help ensure departmental targets are consistently achieved
• Extract relevant information from key business systems and analyze the data to identify useful insights, trends, and areas for improvement, while presenting practical recommendations and potential enhancements
• Provide administrative assistance to the Warehouse team while working alongside experienced staff to gain practical knowledge and develop a better understanding of warehouse operations
• Assist with accurately processing and managing customer orders through the CAMS system while following established procedures and requirements
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner, primarily through email, by providing updates on order statuses and helping resolve issues to meet their order requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and fulfilled accurately and on time.
