Aon is providing an Aon – Insurance Learnership for qualified South African individuals who would like to develop their working knowledge of the global industry. Based in Johannesburg (Gauteng), the Aon – Insurance is offering some positions for students who are not employed by a formal company at the moment. During the learnership, participants will be subjected to a series of theoretical assessments and practical working sessions in a real-time company setting. With the help of professional experts, learners will be guided through their progress and understand what areas of learning they need to work on.

The Aon – Insurance Learnership will be conducted for a total period of 12 months. Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates will be awarded an NQF Level 4 qualification in Short Term Insurance. However, this is provided that learners display impressive skills during the learnership. Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in the Aon – Insurance Learnership are required to fulfill an extensive eligibility criteria beforehand.   • Between 18-25 years old at the time of learnership
  • Prepared to be accredited as a FAIS representative.
