Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in the Aon Graduate Programme must fulfill a strict eligibility criteria before starting on their applications. The Aon Graduate Programme Eligibility Criteria are as stated below:
1. Basic Requirements
- Between 19-26 years old during the time of the programme
- Has not participated in a graduate programme prior to this one
- Has not acquired prior working experience
- Successfully finished a Degree relevant to the company line of work
- Preferably holds ay one of these following degrees (other degrees will be up for consideration):
- BCom Economics
- BCom Risk and Insurance
- BCom Commerce
- Prepared to be registered under the Financial Services Conduct Authority as a FAIS representative.

- Participated in extracurricular activities
- Displays excellent communication abilities
- Establishes long-lasting relationships

- Can work independently and with other team members

- Shows basic understanding of PC software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
Application Instructions

Candidates must create an account on the application portal to process their registration. This account will store all your personal details and supporting documents.
Due to the sensitive nature of the account, it is advised that you keep your account safe and secure from anyone else. Never share your account credentials, especially your password, to other people.
Alternatively, you can choose to apply using your Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn accounts. This will automatically sync up your personal information onto the portal. That way, you will not have to create an account from scratch.
Candidates are required to provide personal information that is accurate to their current conditions. Anyone found to be falsifying any aspects of their applications will be automatically disqualified. Similarly, candidates providing incomplete applications will not be acknowledged by the selection committee as well.
Closing Date
Applications for the Aon Graduate Programme must be submitted before the closing date on 10 January 2021.
The selection committee will not be accepting applications made past the deadline. Candidates discovered to be making their submissions late will not be considered for registration.
