1. General Requirements

• Be ready to begin the internship in February or March 2025
• Ensure you can dedicate 6 months to the internship, working full-time (40 hours per week) in Cape Town
• You must be a recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Possess fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, at a minimum proficiency level of C1 or higher.

2. Specific Requirements

A. Product Manager Intern

• Demonstrate fluent English skills in speaking, writing, and reading
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Bring prior experience working directly with clients.

B. Marketing Intern

• Pursue studies in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• Display proficiency in MS Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.

C. Financial Analyst Intern

• Focus on studies in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Apply advanced Excel skills, including macros, index functions, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, and lookups.

D. Account Manager Intern

• Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written
• Leverage prior experience in working directly with clients.
