About the Alpla Plastics Technician Apprenticeship 2026-2030
Alpla is now looking for applicants who would like to obtain practical work exposure in the prospective Plastics Technician field with their apprenticeship. The Alpla Plastics Technician Apprenticeship is actively recruiting dedicated individuals to join the organization as part of its comprehensive four-year Apprenticeship Programme. The company is seeking applicants who demonstrate strong motivation, a dynamic attitude, and a genuine passion for learning and professional development within a global manufacturing environment. Once selected, apprentices will be enrolled in a well-structured and carefully guided training programme that spans up to four years. Eligibility Criteria

  • Present a Grade 12/Matric certificate with Mathematics above 50% (excluding Maths Literacy) and Physical Science above 50%
  • Provide proof of Engineering studies that include relevant trade theory at N2–N3 level in Mechanical or Electrical fields
  • Submit NCV Level 2–4 certificates in related engineering studies completed at a TVET college
  • Include N3 or higher Engineering qualifications to strengthen your application
  • Attach your CV along with your statement of results or qualification documents for consideration.
