    • 60% for English
    • 60% for Mathematics (not Maths Literacy)
  • Passed Matric qualification with flying colors, an exemption, as well as with a university entrance
  • Accepted for enrollment in a university recognised under SAICA
  • Prepared to pursue a full-time study programme towards the field of Chartered Accountancy
  • Starting their first year of academic studies in 2023.

2. 1st Year Candidates (who are registering for 2nd year of studies)

  • Currently in the 1st year of their full-time study programme towards the field of Chartered Accountancy
  • Has obtained at least the following results in their Matric qualification:
    • 60% for English
    • 60% for Mathematics (not Maths Literacy)
  • Enrolled in a university recognised under SAICA
  • Achieved at least a 60% score for Financial Accounting during their 1st year of studies.

3. 2nd Year Candidates (who are registering for 3rd year of studies)

  • Currently in the 2nd year of their full-time study programme towards the field of Chartered Accountancy
  • Starting their 3rd year of academic studies in 2023.
  • Has obtained at least the following results in their Matric qualification:
    • 60% for English
    • 60% for Mathematics (not Maths Literacy)
  • Enrolled in a university recognised under SAICA
  • Achieved at least a 60% score for Financial Accounting during their 2nd year of studies
  • Achieved at least a 60% score for Management Accounting during their 2nd year of studies.

4. Final Year Candidates (who are registering for postgraduate studies)

  • Currently in the final year of their full-time study programme towards the field of Chartered Accountancy
  • Starting their postgraduate academic studies in 2023
  • Achieved at least a 55% for all their core subjects in their final academic year
  • Has obtained enrollment into a qualified CTA programme.

Candidates are required to prepare certified copies of the following documents for their applications:
1. Matric Candidates

  • Yur Identity Document
  • Your Grade 11 final results slip
  • Your Matric mid-year results
  • A letter of acceptance was issued by the university

2. 1st Year Candidates

  • Your Identity Document
  • Your Matric qualification
  • A complete record of your academic results (must have letterhead of university)

3. 2nd Year Candidates

4. Final Year Candidates

  • Your Identity Document
  • A complete record of your academic results (must have letterhead of university)
  • A letter of acceptance from the CTA.

All these documents should not exceed more than 2MB in size. They must be submitted in PDF format. If you are unable to provide any of the supporting documents below, please send in your latest academic results instead.

Your application will be examined by the entire selection committee, which will include you, and the information you supply will be kept confidential. As a result, you should do a thorough check to guarantee that there is no fake information included.
