About the Afrizan People Intelligence PWD (People with Disabilities) Learnerships 2026
Afrizan People Intelligence is searching for motivated candidates who would like to obtain a learnership programme specifically for people with disabilities. The Afrizan People Intelligence PWD (People with Disabilities) Learnerships is inviting applications from Persons with Disabilities (PWD) to participate in its PWD Learnership Programmes, scheduled to commence on 1 March. The organisation is offering three distinct learnership programmes, and shortlisted candidates will be placed into the most suitable programme based on their individual skills, qualifications, and career interests.
These learnership opportunities are aimed at dedicated and motivated individuals who are seeking to gain meaningful workplace exposure while completing a structured and fully accredited learnership. Participants will receive ongoing guidance and support throughout the programme, enabling them to develop industry-relevant competencies, strengthen their professional confidence, and improve their long-term employment prospects.
You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Engage actively in all aspects of the structured learnership programme to ensure maximum learning and development
- Complete successfully both the theoretical coursework and the required practical workplace components of the programme
- Attend consistently all scheduled training sessions, assessments, workshops, and assigned workplace activities as required
- Apply effectively the knowledge and skills gained during the learnership within a professional and real-world work environment
- Adhere strictly to all programme guidelines, policies, deadlines, and performance requirements throughout the duration of the learnership
- Exhibit consistently a high level of professionalism, dedication, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the programme

The selected applicants will be entitled to a stipend of R7,000 per month.
Eligibility Criteria
