Afrika Tikkun is a non-profit organization dedicated to the eradication of poverty via the care of vulnerable children in townships, as part of their cradle-to-career plan, which they have implemented. Afrika Tikkun implements programmes that address the many needs of township children, with the ultimate goal of ensuring their successful placement in professions or higher learning institutions. The organization operates under a complete development paradigm.

These Programmes are supplemented by cross-cutting support services, which include primary health care for children, youth, and their families, nutritional and food security assistance, and family support services, all of which are provided on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Afrika Tikkun’s holistic approach and constant support.

About the Afrika Tikkun Work Readiness Programme 2024
Afrika Tikkun is offering a 1-month work readiness programme for unemployed applicants who are looking to access employment opportunities in the future. The Afrika Tikkun Work Readiness Programme is looking for hardworking and committed participants who would like to join a team of young individuals who are interested in obtaining training and placement opportunities and obtain the necessary Economic Empowerment.

Throughout the programme, you will be trained in the following skills:

  • Increasing your self awareness
  • Improving your self leadership
  • Managing your money skills
  • Developing people skills
  • Working on entrepreneurship abilities
  • Understanding basic computer literacy.

Eligibility Criteria
