  • Must be pursuing your studies or planning to pursue your studies towards a SAQA-qualified education.

Once you have downloaded the application form, please fill it in with the required information. Please be kindly informed that all of your information must be accurate to your current conditions.

Additionally, you will need to provide the following documents:

  • A certified copy of your Identity Document
  • A certified copy of your final report from your Grade 11 studies/your most recent Matric report
  • A certified copy of your Matric qualification and results statement
  • Your most recent academic results slip (if you are pursuing tertiary level education – must have institution’s letterhead)
  • A strong letter of motivation explaining why you deserve this programme
  • A testimonial letter from your teacher, principal, or lecturer (must be provided on the institute’s letterhead).

All of these documents must be included. Applications with incomplete dossiers will automatically be disqualified from the programme.

Once all your documents are ready, please send them in to this email address: [email protected] (be sure to put the word “AFHCO Bursary Application 2022” in the subject line of the email. That way, the selection committee can easily recognise your applications).

By sending in your applications, you are hereby giving permission to the selection committee to have your personal information utilized for registration purposes.

Candidates must process their applications through the email provided above. Submissions made through other methods, such as hand delivery or fax, will not be accepted by the selection committee.

Closing Date
Applications for the AFHCO (Africa Housing Company) Bursary must be submitted before the closing date on 08 February 2022.
