About the AECI Technical/Sales Graduate Programme 2023
AECI is offering X3 positions for candidates who are keen on developing their talents in the Technical/Sales field with their professional graduate programme. The AECI Technical/Sales Graduate Programme is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience and skills in the chemical manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities in the graduate programme include:
- Performing research farm duties such as, but not limited to, product application, measurement, and reporting
- Product training on herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, adjuvants, nutrition, and biologicals
- Field trial participation in product development and conformity to legal criteria
- Understanding product formulation in the R&D lab; Carrying out quality control tasks at the lab that handles that function
- Gaining knowledge of how items are made
- Being exposed to AECI Plant Health’s Emerging Farmer Program; being exposed to various
- Depots and the tasks connected with them
- Writing research papers and reports; Assisting with technical assistance and sales tasks as assigned by the accountable Technical Advisor and Regional Sales Manager
- Together with the aforementioned, the incumbent will also be required to complete formal training.
The AECI Technical/Sales Graduate Programme is based in two locations: Western Cape & Gauteng.
