- Actively participate in the formal training program associated with the learnership, showing steady progress in developing the required competencies, and attend all scheduled training sessions and assessments
- Perform assigned duties diligently and consistently work toward achieving the competencies outlined in the training plan
- Attend all theoretical and regulatory training sessions related to boiler operations, which are expected to take place at the Shukela Training Centre over an estimated period of eight weeks
- Maintain an up-to-date training record, and present it to your employer or the training provider whenever requested
- Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures, including work instructions, regulations, and programs, while proactively identifying and correcting any unsafe actions or conditions
- Be prepared to work on a rotational shift schedule after successfully completing a three-month probation period, provided you are assessed and declared competent.
