About the Absa Internal Learnership 2024
Absa is currently opening an opportunity for interested applicants to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills with their Internal Learnership. The Absa Internal Learnership is fully funded by Absa and is managed internally on behalf of the bank. This includes overseeing the learners, handling the training sessions, administering the payroll for stipends, and taking care of all other administrative tasks associated with the Learnership. Learners enrolled in this program will participate in a comprehensive one-year training period, which will culminate in the attainment of a qualification registered with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
The program involves a collaborative effort with an appointed Training Provider who will be responsible for delivering both the theoretical and practical components of the Learnership.
