Learnership Responsibilities

  • Attending to all learning programmes to develop yourself individually and within an organization setting
  • Fulfilling the established training objectives
  • Participating in the workplace activities to further implement your knowledge into real-time practice
  • Involving yourself in the training interventions carried out
  • Assisting customers and other team members to ensure efficient synergy within the department
  • Working on all administrative tasks.

Eligibility Criteria
Before getting started on the GCF Learnership registration, candidates must possess a GET Certificate in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies.

The qualification is required if you wish to apply for the learnership. Without the certificate, you are considered ineligible for the programme.
