About the ABinBev Apprenticeships 2022-2023
ABinBev is offering a series of beneficial apprenticeships for candidates who wish to improve their trade skills in five different professional study fields. Apprentices at ABinBev are required to acquire knowledge and experience as artisans in their chosen field in addition to receiving training to become competent tradesmen.

As an apprentice, your job is to:

  • Complete the three to four year apprenticeship program in accordance with SETA and corporate regulations
  • Ensure that the working environment is both safe and healthful
  • Observance of all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to health, safety, and the environment
  • Uphold a sanitary and risk-free working environment at all times
  • Receive education while also acquiring information and experience
  • Locating plant, equipment, spares and related documentation/systems
  • Organizing, estimating costs, and making preparations for a work
  • Examine and fix any problems, as well as provide maintenance
  • Improve and optimize the plant, process equipment, and system components continuously
  • Competence in the particular technical aspects of the machine.

Eligibility Criteria
Do you think you have what it takes to register for the ABinBev Apprenticeships? Be sure to send in your application as soon as possible! But first, you will need to take a look at the programme’s eligibility criteria. These items will determine whether you’d make a great candidate or not. The ABinBev Apprenticeships Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

  • Must have a Grade 12 qualification with the subjects of Mathematics and Science
  • Owns at least a National Technical Certificate (N4) to finish the program in either one of the various trades:
    • Electrical
    • Millwright
    • Mechanical
    • Instrumentation
    • Fitter & Turner
  • Owns a higher qualification in the Engineering discipline that’s relevant to your programme (preferably N5 or N6)
  • Shows great Engineering aptitude
  • Has an owner mindset
  • Capability to operate productively both in a group setting (a team player) and on one’s own
  • Independently driven and motivated, with a focus on doing action
  • Competence in critical thinking, analysis, and the ability to solve problems
  • Abilities in coaching and problem-solving abilities
  • Has a great eye for the particulars
  • Conceptual abilities
  • A strong desire to improve one’s skills and capabilities
  • Must be in excellent physical condition, have normal eyesight, and not be colorblind
  • Flexible working arrangements (e.g., ability to do shiftwork, overtime)
  • Being open to participating in various training sessions in Joburg.

Since Google Chrome is automatically available in OS Android handphones, you don’t have to install any other browsers.

For the purpose of submitting their applications, candidates are needed to create an account on the application portal. It will be necessary to log into this account for the duration of the registration procedure.
